About the Role: As a Multi Skilled Operative within our Kent branch, the main duties will include undertaking of duties including but not limited to general plumbing, joinery, flooring, fabric, handyman, all non-specialist PPM’s and repairs. You will be part of a local team undertaking high standard Multi Trade repairs and refurbishment activities to NHS buildings delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality, and cost control standards. This role requires successful candidate to be part of on-call rota. Role Criteria Experience in at least 1 of the following trades: Plastering, Carpentry, Floor Laying. Able to understand & follow standard operating procedures. Able to deal with fast paced environments and adaptable to changing working environments. Must be flexible and able to take on other responsibilities. Team player and ability to work alone Knowledge of working in a critical NHS setting would be beneficial but not essential Experience of using a PDA is not essential as training will be given – but desirable.
