Recruitment Officer (Mat Cover)
Clinical Partners has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team to provide maternity cover for up to 12 months! This is an exciting time to be joining our organisation, and a real opportunity to have a direct impact within the business to effect change.
At Clinical Partners, we pride ourselves in being one of the country’s leading mental health services, specializing in assessing and treating neurodivergent issues, whilst offering a wide range of other services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a broad range of vacancies at any time, receiving applications across a range of sources.
* Provide recruitment support across the business assisting with multiple recruitment projects.
* Proactively headhunt and liaise with candidates.
* Perform face-to-face and virtual interviews.
* Create and maintain job descriptions and advertise these across multiple platforms.
* Provide administration support to the team within all aspects of the role.
* Provide advice and guidance to hiring managers on their recruitment needs.
* Be the main point of contact with external recruiters, consistently building positive relationships.
This position is being offered on a hybrid basis, working remotely for 4 days per week and in our Head Office in Semley for 1 day per week. Due to the remote location of our Head Office, please be aware that access to your own transport is essential.
Requirements:
* Previous recruitment experience is essential.
* A positive, professional, and proactive approach.
* Experience of headhunting and direct sourcing.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Experience dealing with high levels of recruitment.
* Good IT skills including MS Office 365 applications.
