Head of Accounting & Reporting
Candidate Requirements:
* Passionate about leadership, influencing and establishing enterprise value that finance can contribute within an organisation
* Significant interaction with key stakeholders across the business, so strong and clear communication (verbal and written) is a must
* The ability to manage multi-functional teams in multiple locations effectively
* Strong administrative and financial background
* Prior experience of treasury, tax, and payroll
* Financial controlling and financial management experience
* Proven track record of managing multiple objectives, multi-site teams and a matrix organisation
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across the organisation
* Proven track record of delivering process improvements projects and delivering savings
* Leading on internal audit requirements and supporting statutory audit needs
* At least 7 years senior finance experience and Finance professional qualification such as CIMA or ACCA
* Proficient use of Excel. SAP experience and Power BI will be highly regarded.
* Construction, Services, and related industries required whilst not essential is preferred
