Security Officer / Banksman
Laing O'Rourke, C/O of Select Security are recruiting a team of Security Officers / Banksman for one of our projects in Brighton.
For this role you will be managing gate activities, logging in and out all deliveries and assisting in banking vehicles around the site. We are looking for experienced officers with good security and vehicle awareness ensuring the safety of our construction teams and members of the public. As the eyes and ears of the logistics team for the project you will keep watch of the construction site & access routes to ensure no unauthorized intruders or members of the public inadvertently stray into the unsafe area.

What we are looking for:
* Valid SIA license in either security guarding, door supervisor or close protection
* Banksman and or traffic marshal training (not essential as training can be given) and a CSCS card
* A sound communicator both written and spoken
* Someone who can work well within a large security team and with others within the project
* A Strong customer focus and customer service skills
* A professional demeanor with sound judgment and integrity
