SEO Account Manager
We’re looking for a SEO Specialist for our client who are an amazing agency in NI, working with fantastic organisations. In this role, you will help them plan, review and optimise website content using SEO tactics and a sound strategic approach to drive online performance for their portfolio of great clients.
What You’ll Do
• Leading and developing tactical SEO approach for clients with a finger on the pulse to
understand the latest industry trends and insight.
• Supporting on content and calendar planning using the latest SEO tactics, on-page
techniques, keyword research and audience insight.
• Championing organic best practice and processes within the team.
• Working with our team of creatives, copywriters and content creators on producing high impact content that drives performance for clients.
• Reviewing content outputs and ensuring work is adhering to the latest SEO guidance, plan and recommendations.
• Identifying opportunities for improving client SEO results across time and making
recommendations to the content team on same.
• Measuring and leading evaluation of organic performance and SEO tactics on a monthly basis and sharing those findings with the client, and wider content team.
• Working with technical SEO partners each month and cascading these insights to the
wider team to drive communication, knowledge sharing and efficiencies.
Experience Required;
• 3 - 5 years-experience in a SEO or a related role, ideally in an agency or fast paced
environment.
• Ability to demonstrate high performance within the strategy team. Ability to analyse and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
• Ability to demonstrate tact, diplomacy, discretion, and maturity in relation to interacting with clients.
• Ability to present confidently and clearly and to sell ideas and thinking to the client.
• Ability to deliver true consumer insight at the highest level of planning.
• Self-motivation, proactive attitude, and a passion for SEO, content and digital marketing.
• Relevant SEO and content experience.
• Familiarity with SEO research and planning tools, not limited to; SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4/UA etc.
• The confidence to deliver, manage expectations and prioritise workloads.
• Strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering meticulous and innovative work.
Understanding of online audience behaviour sand how performance informs content creation
• A curiosity for the digital landscape and industry, and the ability identify trends and changes in the wider industry
This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week based in Belfast City Centre offices.
