Anti-Social Behaviour Officer - Lincolnshire (Hybrid Working) - Permanent - £35,000 per annum Your new company Our client is recruiting for a Community Safety Officer to join our friendly and supportive Localities and Community Safety team. From day one, you will be part of a well-respected and supportive team. You will also have the flexibility to control your own working day, and you will also work on a variety of different cases across the business's localities in the Midlands and Lincolnshire. Your new role Prepare legal documents and gather evidence for court proceedings, ensuring all processes and procedures are meticulously followed. Present cases during court proceedings and attend multi-agency meetings to provide case updates. Utilise a broad range of approaches to manage complex cases to a satisfactory conclusion. Lead on legal proceedings and tenancy enforcement issues, offering support to the wider team on anti-social behaviour matters. Build and maintain long-standing relationships with local authorities, Police Services, and other partner agencies. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of legal processes and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage complex cases effectively. Strong relationship-building skills. Enhanced DBS What you'll get in return You will receive an annual salary of £35,000. 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays with the opportunity to buy and sell holidays. This position is home-based but will cover the entire Midlands and Lincolnshire.
