Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage bids, coordinating inputs from various business units to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
2. Develop high-quality proposals that showcase our innovative solutions and meet commercial and compliance standards.
3. Collaborate with product, account, and sales teams to deliver persuasive bids that drive business growth.
4. Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance our bidding processes and win rates.
5. Coach and train team members on best practices in bid management and strategy.
Candidate Essentials:
1. A strong understanding of the bidding lifecycle, whether that be from within project management, bid management or within a PMO.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
3. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
4. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
