Do you have experience of auditing raw materials? Bensons for Beds is looking for a new Quality Technician to join our team based in Huntingdon. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role will be responsible for overseeing our quality control processes working as part of a team reviewing products and materials for industry compliance and assessing production procedures So, what will you do? Train and support employees on quality standards, adjudicate ‘grey areas’ and support product/material quality. Facilitate implementing preventative and corrective actions and promoting a culture of continuous improvement to ensure the highest customer satisfaction. Review returned products as part of a cross-functional team, reporting results and offering recommendations to promote product improvement. Investigate root cause and work as part of a team in implementing correct actions. Monitor and collect key data to help analysis quality escapes. Desirable - Level 3 qualification in Quality or Production Engineering An outstanding candidate will be someone whose quality assessment skills translate into products of exceptional quality.
