Berry Recruitment are looking for a Transport Planner to join a leading supplier of aggregates and construction materials based in New Milton.
This is a temp to perm role working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week with an hourly rate between £12.50 and £13.00 depending on experience.
This role will act as a key member of the transport team and main duties include:
* Managing the administration for new HGV drivers employee onboarding
* Monthly input of payroll data including overtime, changes, sickness, leavers, and deductions in line with payroll deadlines
* Answering any employee inquiries and visiting sites as required
* Engaging with customer teams and customer suppliers
* Scheduling work using the current Transport Management System
* Supporting with end-to-end administration tasks
Candidate Requirements:
* Administration experience is essential
* Previous experience in a transport role is desirable
* Computer literate
