We have an excellent opportunity for two Trusts Managers working for a leading disability charity, reporting to the Senior Philanthropy Manager. As part of this role, you will develop and build relationships with trusts and foundations and drive income. You’ll take a leading role in securing single and multi-year grants from regional and national grant-making trusts and foundations, developing long-term support in line with the fundraising strategy and priorities.
This will offer you the exciting opportunity to line manage a Philanthropy Officer, leading and inspiring them to drive income from important lower-level funders.
To be successful as the Trusts Manager, you will need:
* Experience of securing funds above £25,000 from charitable trusts and foundations.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting tailored proposals for trusts and foundations.
* Experience conducting prospect research to identify potential new sources of funding from trusts and foundations.
