Role Purpose An opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager has arisen within the Safecall business. This exciting opportunity has been created in order to capitalize on the significant current market opportunity and will suit a driven, energetic individual who can support the very achievable market growth Safecall is looking to achieve. We are looking for someone to join our London or Sunderland office. The Role As a Business Development Manager, you will have a wide ranging, challenging and rewarding role with the following responsibilities, Generate new prospects via a variety of marketing and client acquisition methods (including referral relationships and proactively establishing yourself within the ‘compliance’ community) both individually and via the telesales channel Manage prospective clients, inbound and outbound, through the entire sales cycle from prospecting, product demonstrations, tenders/RFPs to negotiation of commercial terms and successful close Providing prospects with highly tailored and high quality information and documentation on a timely basis Achievement of sales targets Document, track and monitor all leads and activities in the relevant CRM system and produce regular management information on the sales pipeline Work with Account Managers within the Safecall business to build knowledge to support your outbound in context of the Safecall value add / differentiation Keep abreast of legislation affecting the business, the competitive landscape and maintain an awareness of potential new markets & sales opportunities Represent Safecall at relevant Company and external events, including speaking knowledgably about the product and market Be alert to other LawDeb opportunities that might present themselves as you engage with potential new clients Responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish in accordance with the company’s sales process A passion for Safecall’s business with a deep understanding of what our customers are trying to achieve Development and delivery of presentations to prospective customers, including company overviews, company strategy etc Deep understanding of the pricing policy and profitability of each opportunity Production of regular, accurate and timely forecasting information Production of internal briefing documents, sales handover documents and meeting notes Is this you?
