Part Time – 16-24 Hours Per Week – Can Include Weekends
We are currently looking for an Admin Assistant to work in this fast-paced and very customer-focused Centre. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, approachable, and have excellent people skills with a positive “can do” attitude plus a keen eye for detail.
The successful candidate will ideally have administration experience in a retail environment.

7. Experience with invoicing systems
8. Flexible and trustworthy
9. Alphabetically and numerically literate
Duties include:
1. Admin and Accounts
2. Checking delivery notes against supplier invoices for payment
3. Liaising with suppliers regarding invoicing discrepancies
4. Paperless, Fidelity
5. Other general office duties
6. Till operations
7. Pricing
8. Learning to maintain Plants
