Senior Student Programmes Coordinator - 15431
The College of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences is seeking to appoint a Senior Student Programmes Coordinator to join our Taught Programmes Office (TPO) supporting the Department of Health Sciences.
Location: Brunel University London, Uxbridge Campus
Salary: Grade 6 from: £32,995 to £37,488 inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £39,607 per annum inclusive of London Weighting.
Hours: Full-time
Contract Type: Permanent
This is a new and exciting role for the College. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating and managing new processes to support academic staff and students and will regularly liaise with external stakeholders.
Your main duties will involve:
1. Supporting the Division of Physiotherapy’s Musculoskeletal Ultrasound and Advanced Clinical Practice postgraduate programmes, to ensure administrative and operational requirements are met.
2. Coordinating the development and implementation of new and revised administration processes, procedures and office systems required to support the Department’s student experience on Trans-National Education (TNE) programmes.
3. Organising and coordinating Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing and Social Work students’ mandated pre-placement training.
4. Supporting the Department’s Degree Apprenticeships, to ensure their administrative processes are effective in supporting the apprentice experience and external requirements.
5. Deputising for the Student Programmes Manager as required.
Applicants are expected to have experience of working in a complex administrative role; experience of organizing activities/events; and an excellent level of IT literacy (across the full suite of Microsoft Office and other digital applications).
