We are currently recruiting an empathetic and dedicated Support Worker to provide care and support to a 30-year-old loving, caring young Non-Verbal gentleman man with Autism and epilepsy The successful candidate will play a crucial role in improving the individual's quality of life, promoting independence, and ensuring their overall well-being. The successful candidate will play a vital role in offering companionship, while facilitating community engagement, fostering independence, and an understanding around epilepsy and Grand mal / Tonic - Colonic seizures is an advantage. This fulfilling position involves supporting the individual in pursuing his interests, particularly in, Mr bean, marvel, Harry Potter, scooby doo, looney toons. Another passion is to travel in his own mobility car and visit mum and stepdad on a fortnightly basis, He also likes to go on long driving adventures and ending in MacDonalds for a teatime treat.
