Person Specification Qualifications Essential Undergraduate Degree in Paramedic Science Working towards or signed off formally within the clinical pillar competencies of the paramedic FCP and or AP roadmap to practice Maintain UK Registrations (Allied Health Professional / Independent Non-Medical Prescriber) Desirable Urgent Care Long Term Conditions A prescribing qualification would also be desirable. Experience Essential Relevant clinical experience post-registration Recent secondary care, primary care or community experience Management of minor illness, minor ailments and injuries Clinical triage Compiling procedures and clinical guidelines Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Demonstrable experience of using diagnostic skills.
