Our client is looking for an Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for a diverse portfolio of businesses across Nottingham city centre. Your role will involve engaging with business owners and managers, providing them with valuable insights, and supporting initiatives designed to enhance the local business environment.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage and build rapport

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
