SEMH Teaching Assistant – Role Information:
1. Delivering tailored support to promote students academic, social, and emotional growth
2. Offering one-on-one and group support to students
3. Attractive daily pay ranging from £90 to £95 during term time
4. Creating engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the current curriculum
5. Opportunities for professional development in SEMH support, including training and guidance from experienced educators
6. Working hours: 08:30am – 15:30pm
7. Full-time, Monday to Friday role – Contracted until July 2025
8. Supporting students across KS1, KS2, KS3, and KS4

SEMH Teaching Assistant – Applicant Requirements:
14. A 2:1 or higher degree in Psychology or a Core Subject from a UK University
15. Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to motivate students to reach their full potential in both academic and personal development
16. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues, with a focus on supporting students with SEMH challenges
17. Understanding of safeguarding policies and a commitment to maintaining a safe, supportive environment for all students
