As a Teaching Assistant, you will be helping students who require additional support to thrive academically and socially. You will work closely with both teachers and SEND specialists to support students with needs such as autism, ADHD, social, emotional, and mental health challenges, as well as those exhibiting challenging behaviour. What we are looking for: Prior experience working with children, whether in the classroom or through personal experiences (e.g. volunteering, family support). Experience with SEND, particularly autism, ADHD, SEMH, and challenging behaviour, is highly advantageous but not essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students. A proactive and patient approach to supporting students with diverse learning needs.
