Chef de Partie job summary: Experienced Chef required to work in a busy luxury hotel kitchen at AA Rosette standard, supporting Head & Sous Chef in service and meal preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Head & Sous Chef in kitchen service and meal preparation
• Work in various kitchen sections (excluding pastry)
• Supervise junior chefs and manage own section
• Communicate effectively with team
Requirements:
• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a Rosette awarded hotel or restaurant
• Ability to work in various kitchen sections
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
• Knowledge of fine dining
Salary: Up to £30k plus £4k worth of tips, meals on duty, excellent benefits, company discounts, 28 days holiday, and live-in options available.
