About the Role:
Client Acquisition & Retention:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within the gaming industry.
* Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Proposal Development:
* Craft and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
* Negotiate contract terms to align with client expectations and company objectives.
Market Insight:
* Stay updated on gaming industry trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities.
* Leverage market insights to position the company as an industry leader.
Strategic Planning:
* Support business strategy development by analyzing market trends, industry dynamics, and competitor activities.
Account Management:
* Oversee client portfolios to ensure outstanding service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor account performance metrics and address client concerns proactively.
Collaboration & Coordination:
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., production, marketing, finance) to align client requirements with company capabilities.
* Serve as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful service delivery.
Qualifications:
* Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or corporate development, with a minimum of 2 years in the gaming industry.
* Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including advanced presentation abilities to effectively engage stakeholders.
* Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical platforms, business models, and trends, particularly in Gaming, Art Production, Streaming, or Game Engines (e.g., Unreal Engine or Unity).
* Account Management: Demonstrated experience managing multiple accounts or account portfolios, monitoring performance metrics, and driving client satisfaction and business growth.
* Organization & Planning: Excellent organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Collaboration: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to align goals and achieve high-quality outcomes.
* Passion for Gaming: A genuine enthusiasm for the gaming industry, with a deep appreciation for its trends and innovations.
