Our established and growing business are looking for an Account Manager to join them in this interesting and niche sector. The focus on the role is Account Management as opposed to Sales, although you are actively encouraged to identify new business opportunities within the accounts you look after and explore new opportunities within the sector. This is NOT a call centre.
This role is all about building relationships with clients and suppliers - giving first class customer service. Really understanding your customer, so that you are aware what needs/projects are coming up and becoming that "Go to" supplier.
You will be proactively providing quotes and following up on these to conversion or exploring why orders were not placed.
Great supportive team - interesting and varied sector. This role requires someone who is organised and is proactive with excellent interpersonal skills.
You will need to be fully IT literate and be comfortable working on a CRM system.
Monday to Friday - £28000 plus good company benefits. Parking available
