A successful, modern, and expanding company within professional services are looking for an Administrator to join their close-knit HR team based in St Albans.

You will be working alongside an HR Co-ordinator to support with HR, Recruitment and Training administration relating to the Early Talent client group.
We are looking for a strong administrator with an interest in HR, recruitment, and training admin/processes.

Key Responsibilities
8. Schedules and assists in the coordination of assessment days, apprentice recruitment and careers fair campaigns
9. Schedules and administrates induction programmes for graduate cohorts and apprentices, liaising with managers and HR team
10. Supports the recruitment lifecycle such as posting adverts, liaising with external organisations regarding advertisements, arranging interviews, liaising with the business and candidates/agencies regarding applications
11. Employment contracts are issued to prospective employees
12. New starters and leavers are processes in a timely way
13. Sets up inductions and liaises with the relevant Managers and Departments.
14. Assists with the exit interviews process
15. Liaises with the employment reference checking service – Verifile
16. Acts as the first point of contact for queries from the Early Talent client group
17. Provides information relating to HR policy or escalates to Early Talent Advisor as appropriate.
18. Assists with the monthly payroll process as and where required
What the employer is looking for:
19. 1 years + administration experience ideally within HR
20. Educated to degree level or equivalent
21. CIPD Level 3 is desirable
22. Able to deal confidently and effectively with employees and partners.
23. Organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines calmly.
24. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
25. Excellent attention to detail
26. Hands on, flexible and proactive
27. Strong IT skills
28. Has a ‘can do’ attitude
