Lead senior sales professional responsible for driving growth in the MICE market within a designated territory, collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue targets.
Job Description:
Develop and execute territory and account plans to stimulate business into the hotel, identifying strategies to grow the assigned market and execute group sales activities to generate short and long term business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify potential dip markets and implement strategies to create demand
* Manage sales process in the Sales department, developing and helping to manage the Group Sales Coordinator and Executive
* Devising incentives for local conference and incentive agents to stimulate business
* Developing rate growth and identifying potential partners to support growth through partnership marketing
* Working within the boundaries of the budgeted and forecasted Sales expenses in line with the Hotel Strategy and Standards
