RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKER (TERM TIME ONLY)
Salary Range (FTE) £26,103 - £28,065 per annum subject qualifications
(This salary includes a market supplement for Residential Support Workers)
Actual salary for 37 weeks £21,302 - £22,904
Hourly rate £12.40 - £13.44
After further completion of relevant RMT courses and increased length of service there is a potential to earn up to £32,310 FTE
*Sleep-ins paid at an extra £78.48 per night
(This equates to approximately £3,500 additional payment when working 1 sleep-in shift per week)
Applicants who apply for this role at the current time will receive a Welcome Bonus of £1500 (subject to Tax/NI) after successful completion of their 6-month probation period.

* Possess emotional intelligence and resilience with the ability to react calmly in stressful situations.
* Be able to work flexible hours as this role works predominantly evenings, weekends, and sleepovers on a rota basis.
