Job Title: Sales Administrator Immediate Start
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Start Date: 16th December
Duration: 6-week temporary assignment
Pay: £13 – £14 per hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team for a 6-week contract starting on 16th December. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and experience with Excel and Sage. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and accurate documentation.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, goods in, and goods out.
2. Perform regular stock checks and updates to ensure accuracy.
3. Process orders, prepare dispatch notes, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
4. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure that orders are picked, packed, and dispatched correctly.
5. Input and update warehouse-related data into systems such as Excel and Sage.
6. Generate and maintain reports on inventory levels, order statuses, and returns.
7. Ensure that warehouse operations comply with health and safety regulations.
8. Monitor and maintain safe and organised workspaces.
9. Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers regarding orders and stock queries.
10. Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies in order fulfillment.
11. Manage filing, document control, and other administrative tasks within the warehouse.
12. Support warehouse management with day-to-day operations as required.
Key Requirements:
1. Strong attention to detail
2. Proficient in Excel and Sage
3. Previous warehouse administration experience is a must
4. Available to start immediately on 16th December
