This West Midlands based UK Manufacturing business is currently looking for an experienced & solutions-focused HR Manager to join the HR team and leading a team of 2, playing a pivotal role in the business, looking after 2 sites focusing on streamlining processes and continuous improvement, driving organisational performance.
Key areas of responsibilities will include:
* Maximising operational efficiency thru the evaluation, redesign and implementation of HR processes.
* Collaborating with managers and leaders to align HR workflow with business needs and priorities.
* Ongoing analysis of HR metrics to make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
* Advising mangers on a broad range of employee relations issues, fostering a positive culture.
* Providing guidance on conflict resolution.
* Reviewing and updating policies ensuring they are legally compliant and aligned to Business change.
* Partnering with managers, overseeing the recruitment cycle, advising on hiring process and best approach to attract high quality talent.
* Supporting talent planning initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
* Proving HR support to a second Midlands site, ensuring the approach is tailored to suit site specific needs.
My client is looking for a proven, commercially minded HR generalist with experience of managing a small team, a strong background in employee relations and the resilience to take a business thru a period of change. You must be a self-starter, able to challenge the status quo and drive efficiency with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.
Salary is up to £65,000 plus bens.
