This hands-on role involves leading a small team of Warehouse and Production Operatives to ensure smooth operations and accurate order fulfilment. We're looking for someone who excels in a structured, team-focused environment and has a strong sense of responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Learn the business: Understand how the business operates, the importance of why, then contribute to improving processes Lead by example: Supervise and work closely with a small team to ensure high standards and efficiency Manage stock levels: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy Drive improvements: Participate in team meetings to discuss goals and identify ways to improve operations Mentor the team: Train and support team members to help them develop in their roles Adapt to changing needs: Be flexible with your workload to meet business requirements What We’re Looking For: Organised and methodical: You can manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently Great personality: A positive, approachable attitude is essential for working in a small, tight-knit team Hands-on leader: Actively involved in day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly Motivated to learn: Experience is a plus, but we value your attitude and willingness to grow Additional Requirements: Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is beneficial FLT Reach Licence preferred, but training is available Leadership experience is helpful, but we focus on your potential and attitude What We Offer: A supportive team where personality and collaboration matter.
