The quality improvement lead provides leadership to clinical teams from within the quality improvement directorate to ensure delivery of effective and efficient programs to drive continuous improvements in healthcare service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of quality improvement projects within the Trust's Quality Improvement Strategy.
* Work with both clinicians and managerial colleagues to develop effective improvement strategies to improve safety, effectiveness, efficiency, etc.
* Teach quality improvement methodology to staff across the NCA.
* Act as an expert source of advice and guidance for those seeking help with improvement.
