The Business Associate is an intermediate level position within the controls and reporting team supporting the Enterprise Data Office (EDO) business execution function. The role requires a professional who applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflow for the area or function. Requires good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. The Business Associate may assist in activities such as the tracking of business financials, managing employee headcount or coordination of other administrative needs. May work on ad hoc projects as requested. Roles and Responsibilities: Interface with Business Execution teams to manage hiring requirements and oversee the end-to-end headcount request approval process. Consolidate weekly hiring submission requests for FTE resources globally including completing data quality reviews and maintaining all relevant documentation. Support resource location strategy and assist with future headcount planning Perform data quality management across all workforce management tools. Support offboarding/Leaver management. Complete testing/signoff for workforce management tool enhancements as required. Expand current processes and responsibilities across EDO organisation, including onboarding of data in Workforce Management tool (WMC), staff training, support, and troubleshooting. Support management by providing ad hoc analysis on an as needed basis. Apply judgment when reviewing and interpreting data, preparing reports, and sharing findings to management. Minimize risk to business partners through a solid understanding of procedural requirements and control policies. Knowledge/Experience Proven relevant experience. Advanced Excel expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas. Experience working with large data sets.
