They are looking for a new member for their Adults Mental Health Services. What will your responsibilities be? As an Adults Mental Health Professional, you will conduct detailed assessments of mental health needs, develop and review individualized care plans, and provide therapeutic support and crisis intervention. You will coordinate care with various agencies, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, and ensure comprehensive care planning. Additionally, you will address safeguarding concerns, manage risks, and maintain accurate records in line with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
