THE COMPANY
This well-known research and insights consultancy works with some major brands and is looking to expand its London office.
THE ROLE
This Research Manager will lead brand-focused research initiatives. This role is divided into three key areas:
1. Client Management & Presentation – Build and maintain client relationships, present insights, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance brand positioning.
2. Hands-On Research – Design and execute surveys, questionnaires, and long-term brand tracking studies to assess brand health, equity, and segmentation.
3. Team Leadership & Coaching – Mentor and develop a growing team (currently one direct report, expanding to two), fostering a collaborative and high-performing research environment.
The ideal candidate will have a background in brand tracking, brand health, and segmentation, with experience in delivering insights that drive brand innovation, campaign effectiveness, and market leadership. A passion for improving brand performance and a track record of mentoring are essential.
