We support children at primary and secondary level, so there is wide range of ages to support. We’re looking for someone who is confident with de-escalating challenging behaviour and possess strong behaviour management skills, able to work in different provisions and are highly reliable. Most Importantly this role requires you to be empathetic and patient as this is what these children need. About the role: Small class sizes of 8-10, which creates strong relationships with the students Teaching Assistant role is sometimes 1:1 with the students. Classroom is well supported with other TA’s and a Teacher for support and guidance No prior teaching qualifications/ experience needed Monday- Friday (08:30-3:30).
