We are currently recruiting for a Planner to join our team, delivering exceptional customer service and innovative operational solutions based in Bradford, Yorkshire. Due to a contract win we are looking for applicants all around the Yorkshire Regions.
Working Hours & Location
1. Location: Bradford
2. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Hybrid
3. Salary: £24k - £25k per annum.
About the Role
Working with the Planning Team Leader and a wider team of Planners, you will ensure work is coordinated and scheduled efficiently for our Field Operatives. This is a hybrid role based in our Brighouse office 3 days per week with the remaining days working from home if you choose.
As a Planner, you will be:
* Completing set productivity targets for planners.
* Planning a full schedule of works in line with the set targets i.e. commercial, planning ahead by 7 days.
* Keeping track of Ops non-completions throughout the day and planning top-up work to meet the completion targets.
* Working closely with stores/supervisors in order to plan and complete jobs.
* Answering and resolving customer enquiries and demonstrating ownership of the problem.
* Answering incoming calls from Customer and Yorkshire Water in line with the contract SLA's.
* Building effective working relationships with the field operations.
* Undertaking ad-hoc projects as required by the Planning Team Leader.
Experience and Qualifications: (Desirable but not essential unless stated as required)
* Demonstrable track record in planning and scheduling.
* Excellent administrative skills.
* Previous experience in the utility industry or similar.
* A great telephone manner, with the ability to converse at all levels.
* Able to demonstrate achievement of performance targets and exceptional Customer/Client satisfaction.
* Ability to compile, interpret and challenge analytical data/reports.
