As an HR and Change Partner, you will provide support and guidance to facilitate both people and organisational change. This project-based role demands flexibility to address a wide range of HR and OD activities within a large, complex organisation.
Collaborating as part of the HR and Change team, you will:
* Be driven to influence and lead people aspects of change management projects across Suffolk County Council and Partner organisations, challenging managers to think differently.
* Produce and drive people project plans and accompanying deliverables.
* Provide technical HR/OD advice and support relating to people and organisational change.
* Evaluate projects and success, sharing lessons learned appropriately.
* Build effective relationships to challenge, support, and coach managers, utilising skills such as mediation, conflict resolution, and facilitation.
* Ensure new ways of working and behaviours are embedded to drive performance outcomes through change.

The team
We provide a full range of expertise, skills, and experience. The team comprises the following roles: Strategic Partners, HR Change Managers, Learning and Development Partners, and HR and Change Partners. We work closely with our HR Advice and Recruitment teams. While there is service alignment attached to roles, the team operates a flexible approach to their work, supporting each other and the Services to deliver across the organisation.
