We have two part time vacancies for outstanding and inspirational Early Years Practitioners to join our amazing team. Netherton Park Nursery School offers funded educational places for children aged 2-4 years. We are located within a beautiful park within a culturally diverse community. We have developed a long-established reputation within Dudley and across the Early Years Sector for delivering high quality education and effective integrated early years’ services. In addition, we provide training to colleagues both within Dudley and across the Midlands. We are an inspiring, caring and nurturing setting who encourage and support all children and their families to reach their full potential. Our Nursery School is fully inclusive and supports pupils with a wide range of needs. Staff open their arms and their hearts to children and their families.” The Governors wish to appoint two Early Years Practitioners (Level 2) You will be contracted to work 16.5 hours per week, term time only, 39 weeks per year, Monday to Friday, starting at 8:35am. Your actual salary will be £8,752.62 per annum. The Successful Candidates Will Need To Be an outstanding early years practitioner who is committed to supporting every child to reach their full potential. Demonstrate a sound understanding of child development and how to support young children to learn and be able to apply this knowledge when supporting learning through play. Have relevant previous experience of working with children aged 2-4 years. Previously have worked with pupils with severe and complex additional needs. Interact with pupils in a sensitive way to support, enable and enhance their learning, based on their wants, needs and interests. Support with the delivery and implementation of pupils’ individual education plans. Support families who may have additional challenges in their lives.
