The Person:
* Would suit an experienced Permanent Consultant with experience in the luxury hospitality recruitment sector.
* You will need to be focusing on the US market or will have had exposure in the US market previously.
* As the role is remote, it is important to be a self-motivated and a self-starter.
* A track record of achievement and the ability to work proactively is key.
* You should enjoy working in a 360 role and be confident to build relationships and network with clients and candidates.
* You will be comfortable working with high profile clients in a consultative and professional manner.
* Would suit someone focused on quality who enjoys building long term relationships.
* You will also need to be a team player, working in a collaborative way and happy to share information.

* Office in the North of England but a number of staff work remotely particularly from London.
* Specialising in the luxury hospitality sector working with high profile clients from private households to Estates.

The Role:
* Working in a successful team of Perm Consultants, supported by a fabulous hands-on Manager.
* They are looking for an additional Perm Consultant to join in their Luxury Hospitality team, for the US Market.
* Placing with High Net Worth Individuals, Private Households & Estates or Private Family Offices.
* They are looking for someone to join their expanding US team.
* You will be working on a variety of roles from PA, EA, Chief of Staff, Estate or House Manager, Nanny, Chef, Housekeeper, Chauffeur, Butler etc.
* A busy, lucrative market, there is huge potential to bill well in this space.
* Consultants are doing over £20k a month minimum.
* A fabulous commission scheme offers someone the chance to really enhance their basic salary.
* This is a 100% remote role but you will be required to attend their office up North every 4-6 weeks; hotel, food and expenses are paid.
* You would need to be able to work US hours - 11am – 7pm.
