You will be working with a dynamic organisation based in Droitwich who manufacture a range of products, for an exciting new role in the Operations team.
Your new role
This is a varied role that encompasses working with customer data, transport planning, and the supply process. A key part of the job will be delivering continuous improvement processes. Core duties will include:
1. Reporting on budget versus forecasts, reporting across Sales and operational functions in the business
2. Maintaining supply chain trackers
3. Analysis of data
4. Producing a variety of internal reports on customer data
5. Recommending and communicating key actions and process improvement ideas to internal teams to reduce costs and maximise opportunities
6. Building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal teams
7. Responding to and coordinating new demands
8. Working with the management team to deliver business objectives within the required timeframe
This role is hybrid, with 4 out of 5 days in the office from Monday to Friday, with limited weekend work.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience working with an ERP system is essential
* Experience in supply chain and manufacturing is essential
* Proven experience in analysis and reporting with data is essential
* Excellent communication skills across internal and senior teams, both written and verbal
* Proven experience of process improvement
* Confidence working in a fast-paced and demanding role while maintaining delivery of timescales and accurate work
* Ability to work within a team and across functions
