We are hiring a Customer Service Administrator; you will be working for a well-established organisation based within the manufacturing and distribution industry and they have been established for 30+ years based in Tamworth.

Salary is circa £24,000 to £25,000 depending on experience
Hours of work are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday

As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be:
Providing full admin support, liaising with many departments across the business
Running and analysing reports to spot trends and proactively resolve issues
Monitoring marketing back orders
Booking of deliveries for key customers
Liaising with the warehouse regarding mispicks and short deliveries. Collating all mispick information, arranging collection of faulty goods to support Customer service and Returns Co-Ordinator
Organising collections with carriers for returns/quality department
Arranging and completing relevant courier customs information for Irish deliveries/returns
Overseeing carrier daily delivery reports. Corresponding with carriers, Customer Service and warehouse to get a resolution on all failed deliveries Actioning all claims, cross referencing carrier invoices with our claims to ensure complete with the admin team
Processing customs declarations cover
Processing sample requests, marketing orders, and internal orders across group companies
Dealing with the carriers, chasing deliveries, obtaining PODs, raising claims that may arise as a result of a failed delivery
Analyse reports – help collate statistical information for board meetings
Carrying out other additional duties
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will have:
Previous administration and analytical skills
Previous Excel experience
Excellent customer service skills, offering the best personal experience at all times
Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
You may have experience with the following: Customer Service Assistant, Communications Assistant, Office Assistant, Call Centre Operative, Administrator, Accounts Administrator, Contact Centre Operative, Membership Co-ordinator, Telesales, Sales Administrator, Helpdesk and Contact Centre Administrator
