Competitive Pay: £86-£98/day (Holiday pay included)
Hours: Full time (Mon-Frid) and part time roles available, term time only.
Responsibilities as a SEN Teaching Assistant:
Assist in preparing learning materials and organising interactive, fun activities.
Provide hands-on support, attending to the emotional and physical needs of pupils.
Encourage individual development and help pupils engage meaningfully with the world around them.
Support both indoor and outdoor classroom activities, tailoring your approach to meet the diverse needs of each pupil.
Lead outdoor learning initiatives, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
Work closely with teachers to deliver creative lessons and maintain a clean, safe classroom.
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in similar roles, especially with pupils with Autism (desirable).
A team player who thrives on sharing ideas and collaborating with others.
A passion for supporting neurodiverse pupils, particularly those with Autism.
Experience working with young people with learning disabilities or Autism is advantageous.
