Job Scope:
As a Regional Product Line Manager, you will support the Area Managers in their strategic positioning on the market and optimization of the supply chain regarding quality and cost. You will form strong relationships with key technical representatives from the Service Line and Global Product Lines to ensure the Area Managers are equipped with all necessary product sales tools, drawings, and documents required to achieve the business goals.
Your responsibilities:
1. Execute the strategy for the Service Line in collaboration with the regional Sales teams.
2. Managing customer relationships, improving aftermarket retention, and increasing client base.
3. Manage and review business proposals and contracts to detail the value proposition.
4. Deliver sales training and ongoing support, developing marketing materials.
5. Supply chain and manufacturing support
6. Strive for continuous improvements in our ‘Safety First‘ and Quality-focused culture.
7. Grow, develop, engage, and motivate a large cross-functional and diverse team (sales, and product support teams) to continually increase customer satisfaction.
8. Gather and manage the flow of market, product, and customer intelligence for the service line.
9. Work with the engineering function related to the products within the Service Line.
10. Collaborate with business line managers to identify differentiation potential through enhanced wear parts offerings
11. Work closely with Operations on developing the right supply chain and manufacturing, drivers of quality, and protection of intellectual property
12. Travel - Regular travel is expected in this role, up to 50 % time. Volumes will vary based on the requirements of the role.
What you bring:
13. Experience working within an aftermarket organization
14. Ability to turn insights into actions, creating and executing an implementation plan
15. Capability to work in a global matrix organization
16. Experienced utilizing ERP database systems is desired i.e. Oracle, Citrix / Epicor, SAP or similar systems (highly regarded)
17. Good experience within the mineral processing industry.
18. Relevant, direct experience with classification technologies.
19. Experience in a technical specialist role with demonstrable success in developing sustainable solutions to support the sales effort to increase market share and maximize client productivity and efficiency.
20. Existing good network of key stakeholders within the mineral processing industry.
21. Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships both internally and with external clients with strong customer service skills.
22. Demonstrated business acumen to develop realistic business plans with stretch targets and a clear plan to reach those targets.
