Job Description
VANRATH are partnered with an innovative technology solutions provider on their search for an IT Service Desk Analyst. This role is based in Belfast on a hybrid basis (3 days in office, 2 WFH) and is operating on US hours (shifts are between 1pm - 10pm UK time).
Job Responsibilities
1. Answer tickets effectively and escalate to senior team member when required
2. Provide hardware & software support
3. Take part in projects with the wider IT team
4. Queue tickets and cases via ServiceNow
Essential Criteria
5. 1+ years experience in a service desk or IT support role
6. Experience with Active Directory and ServiceNow
7. Familiarity with Microsoft platforms (Azure, Intune).
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
9. Understanding of Windows 10 and Microsoft application support
