Job summary As the Deputy Head of Education for Driving Education, you will play a key role in enhancing driving standards and reducing accidents across the Trust. Working closely with the driving education and fleet management teams, you will provide expert knowledge and leadership in designing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives aimed at improving driver safety and driving education. Your responsibilities will include overseeing accident reduction strategies, post-incident training evaluations, and ensuring continuous improvements and regulatory compliance in driving education across the Trust. Main duties of the job This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of innovative safety initiatives within the Trust. As the Deputy Head of Education for Driving Education, you will lead the driving education team, working across divisions to develop resources and drive improvements in driving standards. You will collaborate with the Fleet Manager and both National and Local accident reduction groups to ensure the effective design, implementation, and evaluation of accident reduction programmes.
