SITE FACILITIES MANAGER
35 Hours per week, Monday – Friday
Grade 5 (point 7 - 11)
Salary: £22,980 - £24,574 (pay award pending)
We are looking to appoint a reliable, resourceful person to be responsible for a wide range of duties ensuring the safety and security of school buildings and grounds. This will include the supervision of other site staff.
You will be motivated to work effectively and efficiently with members of the business team to ensure the site is compliant with health and safety requirements.
Working hours are 6.00 am – 1.30 pm with half an hour unpaid break. These hours may vary depending on the needs of the school. This is an all year round position.
