What you'll be doing Develop and create engaging content for our various digital platforms, including social media, careers website, email marketing (to our Talent Community), video, and blogs. Be comfortable in creating content using a variety of writing styles e.g., reported and third person. Collaborate with various stakeholders across the business and align content with our employer brand tone of voice. Generate innovative ideas to drive marketing success and engage our target audiences. Ensure that all content is on-brand, consistent in style and quality, and optimized for search engines. An interest in analytics and performance is important for continuous improvement of future content. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our content strategy. Who we're looking for Proven experience as a content writer/creator either in-house or agency. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas to drive recruitment marketing success. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Working knowledge of using content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and Beamery is advantageous. Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing channels is desirable.
