About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Team Member. As a key member of our store staff, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have a great shopping experience.
Salary and Benefits
You'll receive a competitive hourly rate of £12.00 per hour, plus benefits that include 31 days' holiday, pension with up to 10% Co-op contribution, access to virtual healthcare services, and 30% discount on all Co-op products in-store.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service to customers, responding to queries and championing Co-op products and Membership.
2. Work collaboratively with colleagues to solve problems and deliver a great shopping experience.
3. Ensure the store is safe and compliant, maintaining stock levels and accuracy.
4. Support new product introductions and service launches, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Contribute to local community activities and events.
