We have a team leader role available to lead the Analysis and Reporting team. In this role you'll need to be able to identify and prioritise risks, give clear direction and support to the team. You'll ensure outputs are timely and of appropriate quality and oversee tasks to keep the team delivery on target and to standard. We are seeking a team leader who can manage and motivate the team to deliver our ambitions for the environment and our inclusive people priorities. Your ongoing personal development is important. Responding to incidents is a central part of what we do. You are required to have an incident role and make yourself available to respond to incidents, or provide business continuity support during an incident. The team The Analysis and Reporting team collect, analyse and interpret freshwater environmental data to inform a range of legislative, national and local requirements. You will be part of the Area Leadership Group. Our leadership roles cover a diverse range of teams across the whole of Greater Manchester, Merseyside, and Cheshire helping to make our area an even better place to work and live. You'll have sound leadership skills and believe that providing great leadership is fundamental to our ability to protect and improve the environment for people and wildlife. You should have experience of leading people and this may have been achieved through non-team leader roles. We welcome experience from all sectors and we value the passion and transferrable skills that candidates can bring to the role. You will take part in incident response and support your team to do the same.
