Monday - Friday 37.5 hours

My client is seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join their team and help to maintain their high standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Raise purchase orders for suppliers, customers and materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
2. Complete and submit engineer timesheets, collaborating with team members to ensure accuracy.
3. Invoice clients for completed contract work, maintaining financial records and ensuring timely payments.
4. Assist in managing budgets and financial planning.
5. Set up contracts and add quoted jobs onto CRM system.
6. Schedule and book engineers, coordinating with team members to ensure efficient operations.
7. Provide outstanding support to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
8. Engage with clients and team members effectively, fostering positive relationships.
9. Maintain a busy shared inbox, ensuring timely responses.
10. Utilise MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.
11. Address and resolve issues promptly, finding innovative solutions to challenges.
12. Support project coordination efforts, ensuring smooth execution and completion.
