Position Overview
The Senior Key Account Manager will be in charge of building and maintaining the relationship with our strategic, utility-scale clients in the UK & Ireland.
Responsibilities
* Interact with the client on a regular basis to understand requirements, both technically and commercially.
* Collect and share competitive information from the field to assist in marketing strategies.
* Provide account forecasts while keeping the company’s CRM and other company information tools up to date.
* Develop together with the strategic account leadership team strategies to maintain LONGi’s product and brand as one of the key product and solution providers for our client.
* Schedule, manage, participate, and run special customer events, customer requests, and/or other activities to maintain and strengthen the relationship between us and our client. This may include trips to audit plants together with the client.
* Leverage our products and company’s unique capabilities and strengths.
* Initiate creative solutions to meet customer needs and maintain long-term relationships.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or above, major in management, business administration or engineering.
* Prior experience in PV sector within UK & Ireland market, as sales or business development professional.
* Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex contractual negotiations involving multiple stakeholders.
* Experience with value selling and designing an account development strategy/plan.
* Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively.
* Good verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in English.
