Job Description The Head of Sales & Venues is a key position within the Searcys team, they will lead and drive our central activity and team, including driving sales and conversion to reach our budgets, driving marketing activity, business development and will be represent Searcys at a senior level. Job Type: Full Time Salary: Competitive Performance Bonuses Key Responsibilities Work with the Director to set annual sales budgets and individual sales targets for all team members Deliver personal sales target annually Work to ensure sales objectives are met by the team in a manner that ensures all team members are supported to deliver their personal targets Coach and mentor the team to ensure they maximise all opportunities and maintain excellent client relationships through effective account management Ensure accurate reporting of sales results as requested Management of CRM and ensuring all opportunities are accurately recorded Ensuring a comprehensive account management programme is in play by all of the team, to maximise the conversion of opportunities Ensuring the annual marketing plan is created with the Director to ensure delivery of business objectives that appreciates the brands personality Brand development as needed to ensure The Collection remains a leading agency Ensuring web content is up-to-date, accurate and evolving. Overseeing the digital content plan delivered by the social media specialist To proactively, identify, develop and convert revenue from new business leads Work with businesses within the WSH group to grow internal business opportunities Assist with the training of the team to achieve growth objectives. To proactively develop and maintain relationships with key accounts both corporate and agents To identify and attend Networking events and exhibitions To gain a good knowledge of other Searcys venues and maintain good working relationships with colleagues To be a brand ambassador for Searcys. To drive the referral system and refer business as appropriate to Central Sales To work as part of a team and lead by example To plan, organise and attend promotional events Identify potential targets for new business and engage in pro-active selling. Encourage and train sales team to do the same.
