Salary: £12.30 per hour

The Role
As a Night Enabling Support Worker, your role will be to provide support and encouragement by taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan.
You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
The home, on the outskirts of Harlow, Essex, provides person-centred, responsive, residential care for ten adults with profound physical and intellectual disabilities.
They provide care for a wide range of needs, including spastic quadriplegia and Down's Syndrome.
The home is spread over two spacious, adjoining, and well-equipped bungalows. There is a lovely sensory garden at the back and a separate building with facilities such as a sensory room. Their accessible and welcoming environment provides modern facilities with 24/7 support.
